荆州市三株猫泛白细胞减少症病毒的分离鉴定及其进化分析
Isolation,identification and evolutionary analysis of three feline panleukopenia virus strains in Jingzhou city

Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence,genetic variation and evolution direction of fe-line panleukopenia virus in Jingzhou city,Hubei province,China.In this study,four intestinal samples of suspected FPV dead cats and one fecal sample of FPV positive were collected from Jingzhou city.After PCR detection,FPV-positive samples were inoculated into F81 cells and continuously passed blindly un-til significant cellular lesions appeared.They were identified using techniques such as PCR,indirect immunofluorescence experiments,and electron microscopy.After identification,a total of 3 FPV strains were isolated and named FPV-JZ202201,FPV-JZ202202 and FPV-JZ202203,respectively.The VP2 gene was se-quenced and an evolutionary tree was constructed.The results showed that the VP2 sequences of these three FPV strains had 97.9%to 99.9%nucleotide homology and 97.6%to 99.9%amino acid sequence ho-mology with domestic and foreign reference strains,respectively.Among them,FPV-JZ202203 is in the same branch as the OR727316 isolate from Baoding city,Hebei province in 2023,which is far away from the domestic vaccine strain and is in a different topological subgroup.FPV-JZ202201 and FPV-JZ202202 share the same characteristics with the domestic epidemic strain and vaccine strain,and they belong to the same genetic topological group.This study enrich the epidemiological data and circulating strain information of FPV in China,and provide reference materials for further development of FP vaccines.关键词
