褪黑素体内缓解急性铅中毒小鼠卵母细胞体外成熟的研究
Melatonin alleviates in vitro maturation of mice oocytes with acute lead poisoning

Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of in vivo injection of melatonin on the maturation of oocytes in mice with acute lead poisoning,the oocytes of ICR mice aged 6-8 weeks with similar body con-dition were intraperitoneally injected with different doses of melatonin(20,30,40 mg/kg weight)in vivo,and the release of the first polar body was used as a sign of oocyte maturation.The optimal injection concentration of melatonin was determined,and the impact of melatonin injection on the in vitro matu-ration of mice oocytes with acute lead poisoning was analyzed by assessing reactive oxygen species,ATP content,mitochondrial distribution and apoptosis.The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of 40 mg/kg melatonin significantly reduced the reactive oxygen species in oocytes,the abnormal dis-tribution ratio of mitochondria,and the early apoptosis rate of oocytes.Additionally,it and signifi-cantly increased the first polar body excretion rate and ATP content of oocytes.In conclusion,in-traperitoneal injection of 40 mg/kg melatonin enhances the effect of oocyte maturation in vitro in mice with acute lead poisoning.关键词
