低碳经济背景下我国重晶石资源安全保障战略研究
Study on the Security Strategy of Barite Resources in China under the Low-carbon Economy
摘要
Abstract
By studying the current distribution status of barite mineral reserves in China,analyzing the use,consumption structure and supply-demand relationship of barite ore under the background of low-carbon economy,and discussing the impact of low-carbon economy on barite resources security in China.At present,the export trade of"high quality and low price",the industrial layout of"inefficient and extensive"and the development and exploitation of"rich and poor"have been unable to adapt to the development of barite industry under the background of low-carbon economy.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in three aspects:ensuring sustainable supply,including strategic minerals and integrating global industrial chain,so as to cope with the impact and challenge of barite resource security in the context of low-carbon economy.关键词
