胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素在Th2型气道炎症性疾病中的作用机制研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research progress on mechanism of thymic stromal lymphopoietin in Th2 type airway inflammatory diseases
胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)是一种由上皮细胞产生的类似IL-7的炎症细胞因子,主要参与炎症反应和免疫稳态调节,在机体免疫系统中具有重要作用.近年研究发现TSLP在Th2型气道炎症性疾病中表达水平显著升高,通过促进炎症介质产生、Th2细胞分化并介导各种信号通路转导参与Th2炎症反应过程,同时与该类疾病病理过程等有关,提示TSLP可能是治疗该类疾病的潜在靶点.本文综述TSLP在Th2型气道炎症性疾病中的作用机制及其靶向治疗方面的研究进展,为今后相关疾病诊治提供新的理论依据和思路.
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),an inflammatory cytokine,which produced by epithelial cells and similar to IL-7,and mainly involved in regulation of inflammatory response and immune homeostasis and plays an important role in immune system.In recent years,expression level of TSLP is significantly increased in Th2 airway inflammatory diseases,and can promote pro-duction of inflammatory mediators,the differentiation of Th2 cells,and mediate the transduction of various signaling pathways to par-ticipate in Th2 inflammation.Meanwhile,TSLP is also related to the pathological process of these diseases.These studies suggest that TSLP may be a potential target for the treatment of these diseases.This review summarizes the research progress of TSLP in the mecha-nism and targeted therapy of Th2 airway inflammatory diseases,to provide new theoretical basis and ideas for the diagnosis and treat-ment of related diseases.
