Macrophage polarization on transition from acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
With development of times and progress of science,recent research supports hypothesis of acute kidney injury switching to chronic kidney disease in context of inflammation,and intensive study of macrophages shows that polarization of macro-phages plays a key role in regulating progression of inflammatory response.But clinical for kidney disease patients with macrophage mediated inflammation there is no clear unified treatment.This paper summaries latest progress of macrophage polarization path,new treatment targets of blocking acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease,and future research should determine whether biologics,such as clusterin,can provide more opportunities for drug treatment of kidney inflammation and fibrosis.关键词
