Progress of genetics in restless legs syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Genetic factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of restless legs syndrome(RLS).However,the pathogenic gene has not been identified yet.We reviewed the genetic studies of RLS during the past 20 years,from family-based linkage studies,large sample genome-wide association studies,to case-control studies in various ethnic group cohorts in comparison with our studies in Chinese population.Through systematic data review,we aimed to reveal the high possible pathogenic gene for RLS and discuss the future challenge for genetic research in RLS.关键词
