Abstract
Metal surface coating type projects plays an important role in industrial production,which can significantly improve the anti-corrosion performance and aesthetics of products,and extend their service life.However,the impact on the environment during the painting process cannot be ignored.From the selection of raw materials,production processes to the discharge of waste gas,wastewater,and solid waste,every link may pose a threat to the ecological environment.Combined with various types of pollution,the environmental impacts of the metal surface coating project are systematically analyzed in terms of the production process of metal surface coatings,the selection of coatings and solvents,the pollutant-generating links and their evaluation factors.Through the exploration of pollution prevention and control measures such as wastewater treatment technology,exhaust gas treatment methods,and noise control measures,multiple response strategies are proposed,including optimizing production processes,selecting raw and auxiliary materials reasonably,and strengthening environmental monitoring.These strategies can ensure production efficiency while minimizing environmental pollution,achieving a win-win situation between economic benefits and environmental protection.关键词
