摘要
Abstract
The high content of heavy metals in the soil of manganese mining areas has adverse effects on crops and ecology. To effectively evaluate the heavy metal pollution in the soil of a manganese mining area,a case study was conducted to detect the content of heavy metal substances in the soil of a certain manganese mining area. The study introduces comprehensive pollution index method to evaluate the degree of heavy metal pollution in soil in mining areas, and introduces potential ecological hazard index method to monitor the ecological situation in mining areas. The analysis of the results showed that eight heavy metals, including manganese, zinc, nickel, copper, chromium, arsenic, lead, and cadmium, were identified in the polluted area. The exceedance rate of zinc, copper, cadmium, arsenic, and lead in the soil exceeded 93.25%.Cadmium and manganese are the two heavy metals most affected by single factor pollution in the polluted area, and the comprehensive assessment of the polluted area shows severe pollution. In ecological monitoring, cadmium, lead, and arsenic have the greatest potential impact on ecological risks. It can be seen that the pollution in this area is severe and necessary environmental governance measures need to be taken.关键词
