基于微生物生物完整性指数的水生态系统健康评价
Water Ecosystem Health Assessment Based on Microbial Index of Biotic Integrity

Abstract
At present,with the increasing attention paid to water pollution in urban river channels,biological integrity indicators are widely used in river ecosystem health assessment,but there are few studies on the evaluation of urban water bodies with biological integrity indicators constructed with microorganisms as indicator species.Taking four urban river channels in Songjiang district as examples,two of which are for ecological restoration.According to the high-throughput sequencing information of water body,the candidate biological indicators are determined from the correlation with water quality indicators and the degree of tolerance to pollutants.The relative abundance of Verrucomicrobiota,Campilobacterota,Acidobacteriota,Patescibacteria,total phosphorus tolerance and ammonia nitrogen cleaning bacteria are finally determined to construct the evaluation system of microbial index of biotic integrity.The results show that microbial index of biotic integrity is can not only be used to evaluate the health status of urban river ecosystem,but also be used as a standard to evaluate the ecological restoration effect of river channel.关键词
