Expert consensus on blood management for adult patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia(2024 edition)
摘要
Abstract
Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a common hemorrhagic disease.Platelet transfusion is one of the important treatmentsfor ITP.However,the contradiction between supply and demand of blood products is becoming increasingly prominent,excessive dependence on blood transfusion will seriously affect the prognosis of patients and increase medical costs.Nowadays,patient blood management(PBM)is widely developed abroad.Effective implementation of PBM can reduce medical expenses,risk and complications of blood transfusion.At present,there is no standard for blood management of ITP patients at home and abroad.According to the multiple benefits of PBM and the relevant domestic policy background,this expert consensus is compiled by referring to the latest literature and collecting the opinions of multidisciplinary experts,so as to promote the standardized implementation of blood management for adult ITP patients in medical institutions.关键词
