Abstract
Environmental protection and management,as a global issue,have attracted widespread attention from countries around the world.In recent years,in order to better establish a service-oriented government and transform government functions,many regions in China have adopted government procurement for urban environmental sanitation management,achieving good results.Combining the role of government procurement of urban environmental sanitation services,referring to foreign experience,and based on the practical models that have achieved good results(Xiangtan city,Ningbo city,Shanghai city),the problems are explored that exist when the government purchases urban environmental sanitation services,and the optimization strategies are proposed to provide reference for urban environmental governance.关键词
