摘要

Abstract

Acid distillation method and alkali ultrasonic method are commonly used pre-treatment methods for volatile phenols in soil.The experiment uses acid distillation method and alkali ultrasonic method to extract volatile phenols from soil,and then uses flow injection analysis method to determine the content of volatile phenols in soil.The results indicate that both methods can meet the experimental requirements,but the alkaline ultrasonic method is safer and more suitable for extracting volatile phenols from soil.When using flow injection analysis method to determine volatile phenols in soil,the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg.Six parallel measurements are conducted on soil volatile phenol samples with different contents,and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results remains between 0.80%~3.60%,indicating high precision of the method.When the actual sample is spiked for determination,the spiked recovery rate remains at 85.0%~95.0%,with high accuracy.This method is suitable for the determination of volatile phenols in large quantities of soil.
