吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定水中多种挥发性有机物的试验研究
Experimental Study on Simultaneous Determination of Multiple Volatile Organic Compounds in Water by Purge and Trap-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
Purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is a mature water quality detection technology that can be used to determine various volatile organic compounds in drinking water.According to the Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water(GB 5749-2022),there are mainly 34 volatile organic compounds that affect the quality of drinking water.The experiment uses purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the content of 34 volatile organic compounds in 5 water samples(drinking water,surface water,groundwater,seawater and industrial wastewater),verifying the actual determination effect of this method on volatile organic compounds.The results show that the detection limits of 34 volatile organic compounds remain 0.4~2.9 μg/L,the relative standard deviation remains 1.6%~9.4%,and the spiked recovery rate remains 83.9%~114.0%.After verification,this method exhibits good precision and accuracy,simple operation,and can meet various application requirements.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the application and innovation of water quality testing technology for drinking water,improve the effectiveness of water quality testing,and ensure the safety of residents'drinking water.关键词
