Abstract
The connotation of promoting high-quality development of vocational education through the integration of education,technology and talents is to achieve functional synergy among education,technology and talents based on historical and current needs in vocational education,transforming vocational colleges from skill teaching venues to comprehensive platforms,helping vocational education integrate into national strategies,and cultivating diversified high-end talents.The historical logic of promoting high-quality development of vocational education through the integration of education,technology and talents is that the Industrial Revolution propelled the development of vocational education,and the synergy of education,technology and talents at different stages enabled the training objectives,teaching contents,and methods of vocational education to change with times;the policy logic is that the Party and the state have a continuous and progressive approach to promote the integration of education,technology and talents,promoting innovative development of vocational education,improving education system,accelerating technological transformation,and optimizing talents cultivation;the reality logic is that the vocational education ecosystem is an"incubator"for applied technology and technical skilled talents,the talent ecosystem is the"driving force"for technological innovation and vocational education reform,and the technology ecosystem is the"catalyst"for teaching reform and talents cultivation.The practical approaches to promote high-quality development of vocational education through the integration of education,technology and talents is to build a diversified and interconnected vocational education system,optimize the development mode of vocational education;transmit science and technology,reproduce science and technology,and transform scientific and technological achievements in vocational education;cultivate composite innovative talents required by cutting-edge industries,enhance the skill adaptability of the labor market,and promote the career development of learners.关键词
