Evolution,Innovation and Enlightenments of German Engineering Education

Abstract
Engineering education has played a significant role in the historical process of Germany.From the 18th to the 20th century,German engineering education has undergone the evolution of establishment of initial training institutions,construction of training institutions,and clarification of training institutions.After the 21st century,based on the traditional process,German engineering education has carried out a series of reforms and innovations:achieving the integration of teaching and research,establishing a multi-dimensional engineering training mechanism,and focusing on people's livelihood and public welfare.Organizational systems,scientific research,industry associations,and the spirit of"doers"are the driving forces for the continuous innovation and accumulation of strengths in German engineering education.By drawing on Germany s experience,China can construct a characteristic engineering education system that meets actual situation through four aspects:building a complete engineering education and professional qualification system,enhancing the breadth and depth of engineering research in talent training,playing the role of industry associations in engineering education,and shaping the spirit and belief of"doers"throughout the whole society.关键词
