摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the application effect of rice-wheat straw source matrix in ornamental flower production and screen suitable matrix formula,the matrix cultivation experiment of kale was carried out by using kale as the test flower and the commonly used matrix for production(85%peat matrix+7.5%perlite+7.5%vermiculite)as the control(CK),the straw source matrix was mixed with perlite,vermiculite,coconut bran matrix,rice husk biochar and other auxiliary materials in different proportions to form 5 matrix.The effects of different formula treatments on the ornamental agronomic traits of kale were studied.The results showed that adding a certain proportion of auxiliary materials in straw source matrix was beneficial to reducing the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium nutrients in the matrix,and optimizing the matrix water holding capacity,EC value and other traits.Among different formula treatments,formula 5(70%straw source matrix+7.5%perlite+7.5%vermiculite+15%rice husk biochar)treatment had the best performance in ornamental agronomic traits of kale.In conclusion,the rice-wheat straw source matrix can be used in kale matrix cultivation,and the formula 5 can be popularized in production.
