摘要

Abstract

The isotherms,adsorption kinetics,and thermodynamics analyses were employed to elucidate the adsorption properties and mecha-nisms of action of activated charcoal on C-PC and total proteins.The results revealed that:under the same conditions,activated charcoal was more efficient in removing heteroproteins,and after purification with activated charcoal,the proportion of C-PC to the total protein increased from 31.2%to 51.5%;the maximum adsorption of C-PC and total protein by activated charcoal was 10.5 mg/g and 88.5 mg/g,respectively;the adsorption of C-PC by activated charcoal was a monomolecular layer chemisorption,consistent with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,whereas the adsorption of total proteins of activated charcoal was a multilayer adsorption,consistent with the Freundlich isotherm model.
