Effects of Different Pretreatment Methods on the Contents of Bioactive Substances in Green Tobacco Leaves and Tobacco Field Wastes

摘要

Abstract

In order to support the extraction and utilization of bioactive substances from green tobacco leaf and tobacco field waste samples,the contents of solanesol,six phenolic acids and four flavonoids in different morphology and pretreatment methods of tobacco from Longyan and San-ming areas of Fujian Province were determined.The results showed that:The contents of solanesol,chlorogenic acid and rutin in all samples were relatively high,and they were the three main bioactive substances.The contents of the three main components in stem,branch and flower samples were all below 0.05%,and there was little change after de-enzyming treatment.The contents of components in leaf samples were much higher than those in stem,branch and flower samples,and further increased after de-enzyming or curing.The contents of solanesol,chlorogenic acid and rutin in bottom leaves after de-enzyming were equivalent to those in leaf samples.Bottom leaves had the potential of utilization.
