Construction of Evaluation Index System for Rural Revitalization and Analysis of Regional Differences in Yunnan Province

Abstract
The level of rural revitalization in Yunnan Province is relatively low in the national development level.This article analyzes the o-verall level of rural revitalization in Yunnan Province and the differences in rural regional development,dividing Yunnan Province into four re-gions,and analyzing and exploring the five subsystems of rural revitalization.According to the strategic development system of rural revitaliza-tion,the evaluation index of the overall development level of rural revitalization in Yunnan Province and 16 regions(prefectures)is construc-ted.This paper uses the entropy method to calculate the development of rural revitalization in Yunnan Province and 16 regions(prefectures)in 2021,and uses the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method to analyze the regional differences of rural revitalization in Yunnan Prov-ince.The results show that the level of rural revitalization and development in Yunnan Province is in a low state,but the overall region is steadily rising.At the same time,there are significant differences in rural revitalization development,mainly in central Yunnan>border areas>northeast Yunnan>western Yunnan,of which the difference between central Yunnan and border areas is the largest.Among the five indicators,the Gini coefficient of effective governance and affluent life also shows a large difference.In the implementation and development process of the rural revitalization strategy in Yunnan Province,policies and strategies for regional development should be more tailored to local conditions.Promoting the effectiveness of rural governance and the living standards of farmers are effective ways to reduce regional differences.关键词
