Abstract
The heat source of axial flux permanent magnet motors is mainly concentrated on the stator side,and water cooling on motor housing is widely used for heat dissipation.With the increasing demand for motor power density in the new energy vehicle industry,the heart dissipation of the motor is facing great challenges.In order to improve the heat dissipation capability of the stator side,this paper proposes a hybrid cooling structure combing water cooling and heat pipes.This article uses finite element simulation analysis to calculate the temperature rise of a 60 kW,3500 rpm water-cooled prototype.By comparing the simulation values with the measured values,the effectiveness of the finite element simulation is verified.Based on the prototype,a cooling structure combing water cooling and heat pipe was designed.Finite element simulation calculations show that the addition of heat pipe structure can effectively improve the stator heat dissipation capacity.Compared with the original water-cooled structure,the temperature of the stator winding is reduced by 11℃.关键词
