摘要

Abstract

To optimize the energy management and control for plug-in fuel cell vehicles,we propose an Adaptive-ECMS with guaranteed efficiency while considering the lifespan of fuel cells.The lifespan degradation of fuel cells under start-up,high-power fluctuations,and heavy loads is quantified as operating costs.Together with hydrogen consumption of fuel cells and electricity consumption of power cells,they form the equivalent hydrogen consumption cost.This strategy establishes an adaptive adjustment scheme for equivalent factors that integrates short-term vehicle speed prediction and SOC feedback.Meanwhile,the adjustment cycle of equivalent factors is continuously adjusted based on the state changes of the SOC,achieving efficient adjustment of equivalent factors to ensure the strategy can better adapt to different driving conditions.Under NEDC and CLTC standard operating conditions,our control strategy reduces hydrogen consumption by 9.5%and 17.66%compared to the ECMS strategy,and improves fuel cell lifespan by 37.3%and 47.1%respectively.The adverse operating conditions of fuel cells occur less while the SOC maintenance ability of power batteries is improved,enhancing the overall economy of the vehicle and the durability of fuel cell systems.
