Abstract

In this study,an optimal scheduling strategy of an integrated energy system considering the coordination and mutual aid of flexible resources on multiple time scales was proposed to address the issue of the impact of differences in the regulatory characteristics of different types of flexible resources on system operation.First,the regulation characteristics of flexible resources in different energy forms and scheduling links were analyzed from three perspectives:command response speed,cumulative adjustment range,and adjustment rate.Second,considering the transmission inertia of gas and heat energy,the thermal inertia of the heating area and dynamic characteristics of the gas and heat pipe network were modeled.Thus,the regulatory potential of gas and heat energy systems could be exploited in the process of cooperative scheduling with a power system.Subsequently,a multi-timescale coordinated scheduling model of the integrated energy system was established.The coordination and mutual aid of flexible resources on multiple timescales were realized.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed scheduling strategy can coordinate flexible resources with different regulation characteristics in the scheduling of different timescales,which can reserve more power adjustment space for shorter timescale scheduling to better address the random fluctuations of wind power on different timescales.
