活性碳纤维/海藻酸钙纤维/木棉复合针刺材料的制备及其海水淡化性能
Preparation and seawater desalination performance of needle punching composite of activated carbon fibers,calcium alginate fibers and kapok fibers

Abstract
In view of available water shortage and the difficulty in water transporting of solar vapor generator(SVG)during seawater desalination,activated carbon fibers(ACFs),calcium alginate fibers(CAFs)and kapok fibers(KFs)were selected as raw materials to prepare fiber-based and multi-layered SVG(MLSVG)by needle punching technique.The influence of acid treating to CAFs on fiber morphology,water adsorption and evaporation rate was investigated.As a result,when the pH value was set as 1,the water adsorption reached 973%to its self-weight.In addition,with the incorporation of CuS,the evaporation rate of MLSVG reached 2.07 kg·m-2·h-1 with efficiency of 76.04%.This paper provides a theoretical reference for designing and application of fiber-based SVG.关键词
