摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the preparation technology and thermal stability of silica aerogel.Silica aerogel(aerogel a,b,c)were prepared by three different methods at normal temperature and pressure.The best preparation process of silica aerogel was explored,and its infrared spec-trum characterization,particle size analysis and thermal stability were tested.The results show that there were no significant difference between the three kinds of silica aerogel.The particle size distribution of aerogel b was uniform,and the average particle size was small.The average particle size was 32.34 pm.The thermal stability test results showed that the weight loss of the three groups of aerogel was in a small range,and the thermal stability of aerogel b was better,up to 15.57%.And the maximum weight loss rate was 15.57%.Considering the preparation tech-nology,performance and raw material cost,scheme B was the better.
