碳纤维增强银基电接触材料的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of carbon fiber reinforced silver based electrical contact materials

Abstract
To improve the bonding strength between carbon fibers and silver matrix,the surface modification of carbon fibers was carried out by chemical copper plating.Carbon fiber reinforced silver based electrical contact materials were prepared by cold pressing sintering.The influence of carbon fiber content on the microstructure and basic properties of carbon fiber reinforced silver based electrical contact materials was further studied.The results show that by optimizing the plating process,a uniform and dense copper coating can be obtained after the surface of carbon fiber is coated with copper,and the weight gain rate can reach 197.3%.With the increase of the carbon fiber mass fraction,the density of the carbon fiber reinforced silver based electrical contact materials decreases,conductivity decreases,hardness first increases and then decreases.The maxi-mum hardness is 50.7 HV when the mass fraction of carbon fiber is 1.6%.关键词
