Research progress in cooling protective clothing for mining

摘要

Abstract

In order to further explore the main points and directions in the design and development process of mining cooling protective clothing,the protective function of mining cooling protective clothing was described.Based on the classification basis of cooling principle and medium charac-teristics,five types of cooling protective clothing were summarized and analyzed,including,gas cool-ing clothing,liquid cooling clothing,phase change cooling clothing,semiconductor cooling clothing and mixed cooling clothing.The working principle,advantages and disadvantages and the latest progress of various cooling suits were compared and summarized.It is concluded that,to improve the cooling effect of mining cooling suits,based on the analysis of the operating environment and the actual heat dissipation of human activities,different types of cooling suits can be optimised in terms of improving the cooling efficiency,reducing the weight of clothing,optimising safe and environmentally friendly materials,flexibly adjusting the number of degrees of cooling,using new textiles to enhance the wearing comfort,reducing energy consumption and costs,and empowering sci-ence and technology to safeguard the operation of the miners to meet the requirements of the complex high-temperature mine environment.These are expected to meet the requirements and provide reference for the design and development of mine cooling protective clothing.
