Abstract
In order to explore how to finance and operate the comprehensive land improvement project of the whole region under the background of marketization,this paper makes a classified study on the sources of funds of the comprehensive land improvement project of the whole region,through systematic summary and logical thinking,this paper sorts out the financing modes,operation modes and implementation path of the comprehensive land improvement project of the whole region.The results show that the financial fund is the most important channel in the financing process of the global project,and relying on financial investment alone cannot meet the needs of global projects.In the market-oriented investment and financing modes,bank lending and bond issuance is an effective way to break the bottleneck of capital shortage.The operation mode of the comprehensive land improvement project of the whole region is sorted out according to the main body of the whole region project.In order to provide reference for the smooth development of the comprehensive land improvement project of the whole region,the operation mode of the pilot project can be mainly divided into the dominating mode of the local government investment and financing platform and the enterprise participation mode.关键词
