研究感染水霉菌后加州鲈(Micropterus salmoides)主要致病特征,为其临床诊断和治疗提供基础资料.试验分为试验组和健康组,当试验组出现水霉菌病(Saprolegniasis)典型症状时取样,采用石蜡切片,H-E染色,对加州鲈的鳃、头肾、肝脏、脾脏和心脏组织进行病理学观察.试验结果显示,试验组 5 个组织结构均出现了不同程度的病理变化,包括细胞坏死、结构紊乱、色素沉积增多以及粒细胞浸润等外,鳃丝血管淤血、鳃小片上皮脱落;头肾血管淤血;心脏和肝脏血管淤血;肝细胞染色质边集;脾脏偶见细胞坏死.健康组加州鲈鳃、头肾、肝脏、脾脏和心脏未观察到病变;试验组其鳃、头肾、肝脏、脾脏和心脏组织均出现了病理变化.

To study the main pathogenic characteristics of Micropterus salmoides infected with water mold,and to provide basic data for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.The experiment was divided into experimental group and healthy group.When the typical symptoms of Saprolegniasis appeared in the experimental group,the gill,head kidney,liver,spleen and heart tissues of Micropterus salmoides were sampled by paraffin section and H-E staining.The test results showed that the 5 tissue structures of the experimental group had pathological changes of different degrees,including cell necrosis,structural disorder,increased pigmentation,granulocyte infiltration,blood vessel congestion of the gill filament,and epithelial detachment of the gill lamella.Cephalic renal vessel congestion;Blood congestion in the heart and liver;Hepatocyte chromatin edge set;The spleen was occasionally necrotic.No lesions were observed in the gills,head kidney,liver,spleen and heart of the healthy group.Pathological changes were observed in the gill,head kidney,liver,spleen and heart tissues of the experimental group.
