基于原位图像观测技术的海星监测方法研究
Monitoring methods based on in-situ image observation technology for sea stars

Abstract
Sea star outbreaks are ecological disasters that have resulted in tremendous losses to marine ecology and aquaculture-based economies,drawing significant attention.Currently,bottom trawling or diving and collection methods are predominantly employed in sea star investigation.However,they demonstrate extremely low levels of environmental protection and observation efficiency,indicating that an efficient and environmentally friendly ap-proach is required urgently.This study examined the prevalence of Asterias amurensis in Jiaozhou Bay.Methods for estimating the biomass of individual sea stars based on their radii and monitoring methods using underwater in-situ images were established.Moreover,the in-situ distribution of A.amurensis in Jiaozhou Bay was obtained for the first time,providing a novel approach to monitoring and studying sea stars.关键词
