Evaluation Method of Flight Recovery Strategy Based on Combined Weighting-VIKOR Method

Abstract
In order to assess the feasibility of the recovery strategy for irregular flights,a comprehensive evaluation index sys-tem is developed based on 16 key impact indicators,encompassing safety,benefit,service,and punctuality aspects.The CRITIC method and G1 method are employed to calculate both subjective and objective weights for each evaluation indicator.Subsequently,the combination weighting method is utilized to determine the overall weights of each indicator.The VIKOR method is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of recovery strategies for irregular flights.Simulation results demonstrate that this approach effectively evaluates irregular flight recovery strategies,offering a scientifically sound and rational framework for their assessment while provid-ing valuable insights for airline decision-making.关键词
