改性煤气化渣对水泥砂浆性能影响研究OA

Study on the Effect of Modified Coal Aasification Slag on the Properties of Mortar

文中研究标准砂、原状煤气化渣、矿渣浆液改性煤气化渣和矿渣水玻璃浆液改性煤气化渣吸水性、压碎指标以及由其配制水泥砂浆的孔隙率、强度、抗冻性和干燥收缩特性.结果表明,原状煤气化渣吸水率和压碎值较大,矿渣浆液浸润改性能够物理填充煤气化渣内部孔隙,降低吸水率和压碎值.矿渣水玻璃浆液浸润不仅能起到填充作用,而且水玻璃的活性激发作用进一步提高煤气化渣颗粒强度,降低压碎值,提高煤气化渣颗粒水泥浆体间的界面黏结特性.采用改性煤气化渣制备的水泥砂浆,其孔隙率、力学性能、抗冻性和干燥收缩特性均有较明显的改善.矿渣水玻璃浆液浸润改性后的煤气化渣在提升砂浆抗折强度、抗冻性方面优于纯矿渣浆液,而其干缩特性与纯矿渣浆液相当.

The water absorption and crushing indexes of standard sand,unmodified coal gasification slag,coal gasification slag modified by slag slurry and water glass slurry modified by slag gasification slag and the porosity,strength,frost resistance and drying shrinkage characteristics of the cement mortar prepared by them are studied by comparison.The results show that the water absorption and crushing value of the undis-turbed coal gasification slag are large,and the infiltration modification of slag slurry can physically fill the internal pores of the coal gasification slag and reduce the water absorption and crushing value.The infiltration of sodium silicate slurry can not only play the role of physical filling,but also the activation of sodium silicate can further improve the particle strength of coal gasification slag,reduce the crushing value,and im-prove the interface bonding characteristics of coal gasification slag cement slurry.The porosity,mechanical properties,frost resistance and dry shrinkage characteristics of cement mortar prepared with modified coal gasification slag are significantly improved.The modified coal gasifica-tion slag infiltrated by water glass slurry is superior to the pure slag slurry in improving the bending strength and freezing resistance of mortar.The modification effect of dry shrinkage is similar to that of pure slag slurry.
