不同种类石膏对石膏矿渣水泥性能影响研究OA

Experiment on the Effect of Different Kinds of Gypsum on the Properties of Gypsum-slag Cement

文中采用硬石膏、脱硫石膏和磷石膏,与粒化高炉矿渣和少量水泥制备石膏矿渣水泥,研究了不同石膏种类和掺量对石膏矿渣水泥的物理力学性能的影响,并分析其作用机理.结果表明,掺硬石膏的矿渣水泥流动性最好、凝结时间最短,其次是脱硫石膏,掺磷石膏的矿渣水泥流动度最差、凝结时间最长.掺入硬石膏的矿渣水泥早期3d抗压强度最低,其次是磷石膏,脱硫石膏的矿渣水泥3d抗压强度最高.掺硬石膏的矿渣水泥28d抗压强度最高,其次是脱硫石膏,磷石膏最低.这些性能与石膏的纯度、溶解度及石膏中含有的有害物质等因素有关.

Anhydrite desulphurization gypsum and phosphogypsum with granulated blast furnace slag and a small amount of cement were used to prepare gypsum-slag cement,and analyze its mechanism of action.The results show that the fluidity of slag cement mixed with anhydrite is the best and the setting time is the shortest,followed by desulphurization gypsum,the fluidity of slag cement mixed with phosphogypsum is the worst and the setting time is the longest.The slag cement with anhydrite has the lowest 3 d compressive strength at the early stage,followed by phosphogypsum,and the slag cement with desulphurization gypsum has the highest 3 d compressive strength.The 28 d compressive strength of slag cement mixed with anhydrite is the highest,followed by desulphurization gypsum,phosphogypsum is the lowest.These properties are relat-ed to the purity,solubility and harmful substances in gypsum.
