Abstract
In order to optimize the load bearing characteristics of pile foundation of a three-span continuous rigid frame bridge,Midas simula-tion was used to analyze the effects of different pile spacing and pile length on the load-displacement curve of pile foundation.The results show that the displacement of pile foundation is basically the same when the pile spacing is 5、6、7 m at the initial loading stage,and the pile spacing has no effect on the displacement of pile foundation.With the increase of load level,the displacement of pile foundation decreases with the in-crease of pile spacing.The displacement of pile foundation with pile length of 35 m is 34.2%lower than that with pile length of 30 m.The dis-placement of pile foundation with pile length of 40 m is 44.9%lower than that with pile length of 30 m.The longer the pile length,the larger the pile spacing,the smaller the displacement of the pile foundation and the stronger the bearing characteristics of the pile foundation.关键词
