Abstract
The carbon emissions in the construction industry play a crucial role in China's energy consumption and carbon emissions.Analyzing the carbon emissions in the construction industry and their influencing factors holds significant practical significance.This study calculated the carbon emissions in the construction industry in Jiangxi Province over the past decade and utilized the STIRPAT model and the grey correlation analysis method to construct a model for analyzing the influencing factors of carbon emissions in the construction industry.The model coeffi-cients were fitted using the ridge regression method,and multicollinearity tests were conducted.The research findings indicate that the majority of carbon emissions in the construction industry in Jiangxi Province stem from building material consumption and residential building opera-tions,with building material consumption being the most influential factor.The urbanization rate has the most significant positive impact on the overall carbon emissions in the construction industry in Jiangxi Province.Recommendations for emission reduction are proposed in three direc-tions:promoting the development of green buildings,advancing green transportation,and popularizing green building materials.关键词
