为探讨潍坊市5个县级产区(安丘、诸城、临朐、高密、昌乐)与6个烤烟品种(NC55、YY301、ZC208、ZY100、ZY101、YY87)C3F初烤烟叶化学成分的差异性及其可用性,通过多重比较、聚类分析及模糊数学等统计方法,对不同烟叶样品的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、钾离子及氯离子含量6项常规化学成分进行了深入分析.结果显示:(1)潍坊市烤烟总糖与还原糖含量处于最优区间,而总氮、烟碱、钾离子含量略低,氯离子含量偏高;各化学成分含量变异系数介于9.36%~42.31%之间,波动较大.(2)潍坊市不同地区间烟叶化学成分总体差异较大,且具有明显的区域分布特征;不同品种间烟叶化学成分总体差异较小,不具有明显的品种分布特征,说明地理生态环境对烟叶化学成分的影响大于品种差异.(3)不同地区及品种间烟叶化学成分的可用性指数(CCUI)存在一定差异,其中以高密市及YY87品种表现较优;整个潍坊市烤烟CCUI总体处于中等及以上水平.综上所述,建议对潍坊市部分地区与品种的烤烟采取针对性的农艺调控措施,以提高其烟叶品质及可用性;本研究结果可为潍坊市及类似生态区的烟草育种与栽培技术创新提供科学依据,有助于促进烟叶资源的高效利用与卷烟产品的多元化发展.

In order to explore the differences and usability of routine chemical components in C3F tobacco leaves of five county-level production areas(Anqiu,Zhucheng,Linqu,Gaomi and Changle)and six varieties(NC55,YY301,ZC208,ZY100,ZY101 and YY87)in Weifang City,statistical methods such as multiple comparisons,cluster analysis,and fuzzy mathematics were used to analyzed six routine chemical components,including total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium,and chlorine.The results showed that:(1)The average contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco in Weifang were in the optimal range,while the contents of total nitrogen,nicotine,and potassium were slightly lower,and the content of chlorine was higher.The coefficient of variation for the content of each chemical component ranged from 9.36%to 42.31%,with significant fluctuations.(2)The overall chemical components of tobacco leaves varied greatly among different regions in Weifang City,and had obvious regional distribution characteristics.The overall difference in the chemical components of tobacco leaves among different varieties was relatively small,and there were no obvious distribution characteristics of the varieties.This indicated that the influence of geographical ecological environment on the chemical components of tobacco leaves was greater than the differences in varieties.(3)There were certain differences in the chemical components usability index(CCUI)in tobacco leaves among different regions and varieties,with Gaomi region and YY87 variety performing better.The overall CCUI of tobacco in Weifang City was at a medium or above level.Based on the research results,it is recommended to adopt targeted agronomic regulation measures for some regions and varieties of tobacco in Weifang City to improve their tobacco quality and usability.At the same time,this study can provide scientific basis for the innovation of tobacco breeding and cultivation technology in Weifang City and similar ecological areas,and help to promote the efficient utilization of tobacco resources and the differentiated development of cigarette products.
