Abstract
In the context of the"One Belt,One Road"initiative and the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway,Central Asia faces significant historical investment opportunities.This paper explores residential investment in Central Asia from a historical and economic perspective,detailing a survey on local construction groups and market demand.Using the planning of a local residential area as a case study,and combining on-site research with open-source information,the paper offers guidance for those interested in investing in Uzbekistan's real estate market.关键词
