社会-空间视角下的英国保障性住房发展研究
A Study on the Development of Affordable Housing in Britain from the Perspective of Social Space
摘要
Abstract
From the large-scale public housing construction in the mid-20th century to the market-oriented transformation in recent years,different policy orientations and urban planning strategies have inevitably led to the segregation between low-income groups and other social classes while solving the housing shortage.This segregation not only limits the social mobility of low-income residents,but also exacerbates social inequality and uneven regional development.By rationalizing the development context of British affordable housing in different periods,this paper discusses the causes of residential segregation in different periods,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the formulation of affordable housing policies.关键词
