The Realistic Obstacles and Feasible Approaches of Regional Universities Integrating into National Innovation System

Abstract
[Research purpose]Regional universities integrating into national innovation system is an urgent requirement to enhance the overall effectiveness of the national innovation system and to establish a modern national innovation system suitable for high-quality development.Currently,regional universities are facing many internal and external obstacles to integrating into the national innovation system,which urgently need to be addressed.[Research method]Through theoretical research,policy analysis,and relevant case studies,this article analyzes the realistic obstacles faced by regional universities in integrating into the national innovation system from the aspects of ideological understanding,policy environment,institutional mechanisms,and technological innovation capabilities.Based on the analysis of the causes,feasible approaches for integration are proposed.[Research conclusion]The state and government should actively guide and support the integration of regional universities into the national innovation system through public opinion propaganda,policy environment,and management system mechanisms,creating a favorable atmosphere and policy environment for regional universities to integrate into the system.Regional universities should change their ideas,make full use of their own advantageous areas,actively meet the significant demands of the country,break down the internal and external obstacles and barriers through innovating management system and strengthening the construction of innovation system,actively integrating into the national innovation system,and effectively taking up the responsibility of"standing up to heaven and earth"in scientific and technological innovation of universities.关键词
