通督五线针联合三维平衡正脊法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的康复效果观察
Observation on the Rehabilitation Effect of Five-line Du-unblocking Acu-puncture Combined with Three-dimensional Balanced Positive Spine Meth-od in the Treatment of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture combined with three-dimensional balanced positive spine method in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS),in order to avoid delayed treatment.Methods A total of 130 children with AIS treated from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and di-vided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=65)by random number table method.The control group was treated with three-dimensional balanced positive spine method,and the observation group was treated with Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including Cobb angle,length of seated flexion,lumbar muscle strength,pulmonary function indexes and bone mineral density(BMD)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%(61/65),which was higher than that of the control group[81.54%(53/65)](P＜0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle decreased and the length of seated flexion increased in both groups;the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,lumbar flexion and extension muscle strength were improved in both groups,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,forced vital capacity,maximum spon-taneous ventilation and BMD percentile of the two groups increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture combined with three-dimensional balanced positive spine therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of AIS by improving the physiological curvature of the spine,enhancing the muscle strength of the lumbar spine,improving pulmonary function and enhancing bone density,thereby avoi-ding delayed treatment.关键词
