安太堡露天矿内排道路线型与卡车油耗的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between internal dumping road line type and truck fuel consumption in Antaibao Open-pit Mine
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the correlation between the line shape of the internal dumping road in the open-pit mine and the fuel consumption of trucks,the article takes 730E truck in Antaibao Open-pit Mine as the research object,plans the comparison route of the internal dumping,and designs a fuel consumption collection scheme.The article uses high-precision volumetric fuel consumption meter to collect fuel consumption data of mining trucks under different working conditions and conduct comparative analysis.Based on the theory of transportation work,a transportation work model is established for open-pit mines,which includes air resistance,rolling resistance,and slope resistance.The transportation work is compared with truck fuel consumption.The results show that under the same transportation distance conditions,whether empty or heavy truck,the slope would lead to an increase in truck fuel consumption,and the change in transportation work show good consistency with fuel consumption.Reducing the number of transportation ramps and lowering the height of transportation lifting are key measures to reduce truck fuel consumption.关键词
