Abstract
In order to strengthen the safety management and improve efficiency of lifting operations,this article summarizes the safety hazards discovered in the long-term practical work of lifting operations in open-pit coal mine maintenance sites,as well as the problems that affect work efficiency such as work process coordination.Through continuous summarization and optimization of management methods,the article forms an effective management method for lifting operations in open-pit coal mine maintenance sites,and introduces practice and application of the"6.4"working method in lifting operations of open-pit coal mine.The application results show that the"6.4"lifting operation method effectively improves work efficiency by 30%on the original basis,preventing accidents from occurring.关键词
