Research progress in non-invasive diagnosis of renal fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Renal fibrosis(RF)is the main pathological manifestation and common progression pathway of chronic kidney dis-ease(CKD),closely related to the severity of CKD.At present,the gold standard for diagnosing renal fibrosis is renal biopsy,but its clinical application has certain limitations.In addition to specific blood and urine molecular markers,with the development of imaging technology,especially positron emission tomography technology labeled with specific radioactive tracers,the use of non-invasive meth-ods such as[68Ga]Ga-FAPI-04P ET/CT to diagnose renal fibrosis has become a current research hotspot.The purpose of this article is to review the latest research progress of non-invasive diagnostic means of renal fibrosis,with the aim of providing reference for the early clinical diagnosis of renal fibrosis.关键词
