静电纺PAN/TiO2/Ag纳米纤维膜空气过滤性能研究
Study on air filtration performance of PAN/TiO2/Ag electrospun nanofiber membrane

Abstract
In order to obtain high-efficiency and low-resistance filter material,PAN/TiO2/Ag nanofiber were prepared with electrospinning method by doping silver nanoparticles and titanium dioxide(TiO2)in polyacrylonitrile(PAN)spinning solution.The microtopography,air permeability and moisture permeability,filtration and mechanical property of the nanofiber membrane were studied.The results showed that the diameter and standard deviation of PAN/TiO2/Ag nanofiber were decreased after the addition of Ag particles.When the spinning time was 40 min and the mass fraction of Ag was 1.25%,the comprehensive performance of the nanoifber membrane was excellent,with a filtration efficiency of 98.68%,a resistance pressure drop of 80 Pa and a quality factor of 0.054 09 Pa-1.It is considered that PAN/TiO2/Ag electrospun nanofiber membrane provides a new approach for the development of novel high-performance air filters.关键词
