基于牵伸区纤维分布的浮游纤维动态行为模拟
Simulation of dynamic behavior for floating fiber based on fiber distribution in drafting zone

Abstract
In order to simulate the dynamic behavior of floating fibers during drafting process,the guiding force and controlling force of contact fibers were simulated based on the contact relationship between floating fiber and other fibers in the drafting zone,and the contact conditions between equal-length fiber and unequal-length fiber were fully considered.Then a model of accelerated point distribution was established to simulate the accelerated point distribution of floating fibers under different drafting process parameters.The results showed that the distribution of accelerated points became more and more concentrated,and gradually close to the front roller with the increase of draft ratio.The distribution of the accelerated points was more and more dispersed,and gradually away from the front roller with the increase of the gauge length.The accelerated point distribution obtained with the simulation was consistent with the measured value with higher accuracy.It could be used to predict the accelerated point distribution of floating fibers in the drafting zone so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the digitalization and intelligence of the drafting process.关键词
