摘要

Abstract

In order to study the deformation happening in the process of forming curved surfaces for 3D angle-interlock woven preform,the structural instability factors and deformation types of the preform were analyzed.A bending deformation model of the representative volume unit of the preform was built.The functional relationship between the geometric structure parameters of the preform and the deformation coefficient of yarn section was explored.The change principle of fabric knot length,warp angle and percentage of fiber volume with the deformation coefficient of yarn section was obtained under equal and non-equal deformation.The 3D angle-interlock woven preform were prepared using glass fibers,and bending tests were conducted to verify the reasonableness of the deformation model.It is considered that the research achievement could provide theoretical support for the secondary molding with curved surfaces of 3D angle-interlock woven preform with undertwisted yarn.
