摘要

Abstract

To investigate the property of wool blended yarn based on wrapped structure,parallel spinning technology was adopted to spin wrapped structure yarn,wool fiber sliver was used as core yarn,acrylic filament was used as outsourced fiber.Wrapping twist was optimized,quality index were analyzed comprehensively including wrapped structure yarn strength and elongation,hairiness and appearance.The result shows when spinning 44 tex yarn,the best wrapping twist was 400 twists/m,with tension coefficient of 1.1,spindle speed of 2 000 r/min and design draft of 40 times.Compared to conventional same linear density ring spun yarn,the wrapped structure wool yarns exhibited superior softness and significant improvements in evenness.
