废旧涤棉混纺织物脱色工艺研究
Decolorization technology research of waste polyester cotton blended fabric

Abstract
In order to solve the influence of dyeing and chemical materials on the reuse of waste polyester cotton blended fabrics,to realize the high value of recycled products,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)was used to decolorize the waste polyester cotton blended fabrics by dissolution Then synergistic action of thiourea dioxide(TD)and sodium hydroxidefurther were done and decolorized.Taking the decolourisation rate and fabric strength retention rate as the evaluation indexes,the effects of various factors in the decolourisation process were investigated,and the optimal process was finally determined.The morphology,thermodynamic property,crystal structure and recycling property of the fabrics before and after decolourisation were analysed.The recycling and reuse performance of DMAc after decolorization was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal solution processing parameter was DMAc dosage 24 mL,reaction temperature 145℃,reaction time 120 min.The optimal reduction processing parameter was TD 3.65 g/L,NaOH 10 g/L,temperature 90℃and treat time 60 min.The retention of strength and decolorization rate were reached 98.33%and 92.04%,respectively.In this case,the change of crystal structure was smaller,the thermodynamic property was better.The DMAc reagent can be recycled at least 4 times after use,the decolorization rate was reached above 94.90%.关键词
