摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the test precision of textiles thermal insulation performance,according to the requirements of GB 38453-2019 Protective Clothing-Thermal Protective Clothing,and referring to relevant foreign standards,a self-adaptive intelligent calibration system for radiant heat transfer test was proposed.The test principle,design principle,key technology and actual application effect of the self-adaptive intelligent calibration system for radiant heat transfer test were introduced.The practice showed that the relative deviation of the radiant heat transfer index test was less than 3%.After continuous operation of 12 h,the measured heat flux was less than±1.5%of the standard required heat flux of 20 kW/m2.The test results was basically consistent with those of the AITEX test institution.It is considered that the system,based on advanced data processing algorithm and sensor application technology,the self-adaptive intelligent calibration of radiant heat sources was realized,the accuracy and reliability of the test results are improved.
