Abstract
The third-party litigation funding system,as an institutional innovation in the wave of civil justice reforms in many Western countries,has become an effective means of eliminating litigation disadvantages and barriers to access in the settlement of civil disputes.It embodies the socialized concept of litigation to maximize the provision of civil judicial services and the settlement of civil disputes.It is also in line with the report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC,which proposes that efforts be made to put into practice the people-centered development ideology and comprehensively emphasize the status of the people as the main body of the people and the socialist values that place the fundamental interests of the people above all else.Therefore,when our country is in the background of deepening judicial reform,we should implement the new development concept of people first,and in line with the trend of socialized development of civil litigation,try to introduce a third-party litigation assistance system to solve the problem of individuals in the middle class with economic capacity or in financial difficulties being unable to defend their rights in valuable cases,filling the gap in rights relief,comprehensively enhance the social sharing of civil judicial resources,and maximize the formation of social justice as a whole.关键词
