摘要

Abstract

Based on the introduction of gas-entraining diffuser exhaust gas recirculation(DEGR)scheme into the diffuser,the influence of the performance of the gas-entraining diffuser compressor was studied by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation.The influence of gas-entraining diffuser structure on the performance of the compressor without entering was studied,and the performance of the pulverized air compressor with and without vortex intake was analyzed.The results show that compared with the original compressor,the peak efficiency of the gas-entraining diffuser compressor was reduced by nearly 2%without entering.The simulation results with and without vortex structure show that the vortex inlet can effectively reduce the tangential velocity difference between the outlet of the bleed structure and the outlet of the impeller,reduce the flow loss and mixing loss caused by the bleed air entering the diffuser,and improve the adiabatic efficiency of the gas-entraining diffuser compressor.
